Chicken Corn Soup with egg

Boil a whole chicken in a large pot.
Let it cool and pick off the meat in chunks.
Into the chicken broth put about 4 or so potatoes, diced. Chop up 3-4 hardboiled eggs and toss them in. A can of whole kernel corn and a can of Creamed corn. I may have used two cans of each of the corns. It's one of those recipes where you just do what looks good. Salt and pepper. Serve with oyster crackers (though corn bread is good too). Needless to say, it makes a big pot of soup.
