    Corn Pudding

    List of Ingredients




    2 cups fresh grated corn
    2 eggs
    1 cup milk
    2 tsp. melted butter
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. white pepper

    Beat yolks of eggs and milk, salt, pepper, and butter together. Add to corn and mix well. Beat egg whites and fold into mixture. Pour into buttered baking dish and bake in moderate oven for 30 minutes.
