    Dutch Quince Honey

    List of Ingredients




    (a 1935 Penna Dutch Cook Book)

    4 Quinces
    3 Lbs Sugar
    1 Tsp Diced Lemon Rind

    Grate the Quinces, after peeling, but eliminate the core. Then bring to a
    boil a mixture of 3 pints of water, and the sugar. Add lemon rind. Pour in
    the quince mixture, and boil for 25 minutes. Pack in small glass container.
