Egg Custard Pie~
Recipe makes 2 pies!
Pre-heat oven~325
Use 2 UNBAKED pie shells
5 eggs
1 quart of milk
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 tsps. pure vanilla
1 Tablespoon flour
Beat eggs and add sugar and mix thoroughly.
Add milk, vanilla, nutmeg and flour and blend well.
Pour into 2 unbaked pie shells.
Bake at 325 for 30~40 minutes or until custard has set.
