also called Sunshine Gravy

You just make white sauce:

1 T. Butter
1 T. Flour
1 C. Milk

Of course, I triple this...really don't use a recipe. I mix salt with
the butter when I melt it to keep the flour from "clumping" up! Then I
add the flour a little at a time and smooth it in. Then you add the
milk a little at a time and stir as it thickens.

Boil about 6 eggs. Chop in pieces and add to the thickened white sauce.
I sprinkle a little salt and onion powder in to season. Serve over the
potatoes and sprinkle with Allspice.
