Escalloped Corn Mrs. Menno N Yoder
List of Ingredients
1 qt canned corn
2 eggs beaten
1 cup cracker crumbs
1/2 cup milk
salt and pepper to taste
Recipe
Put corn and cracker crumbs in layers in casserole. Keep a few cracker crumbs for top. Mix eggs, milk, and seasoning and pour over corn. Add more milk until the corn is covered. Top with the crumbs. Bake 350F for 20 minutes or until brown.
