German Potato Soup

German Potato Soup

3 to 4 medium sized potatoes
1 small onion
1/2 cup chopped celery

Combine ingredients and cook until tender. Add 1 qt. milk. Melt 2 tbsp. margarine in pan and 1/2 cup flour. Mix thoroughly and keep stirring flour over hot heat until nicely browned. Then add to soup and simmer until consistency is desired. More milk may be added. Season to taste.
