    Ham Loaf 2

    List of Ingredients




    1 pound ground pork
    1 pound of ground cured ham
    1 cup bread crumbs
    1 egg
    1 teaspoon salt
    1/8 teaspoon pepper
    2/3 to 1 cup milk

    Recipe



    Combine the ground meats
    Add the bread crumbs
    Add the egg
    Add the salt, pepper and milk
    Shape into a load
    Dust with flour and place in a roasting pan
    Bake for 1 hour
    Pour sauce over loaf
    Continue baking for 1/2 to 1 hour at 350 degrees
