    Hot Slaw

    List of Ingredients




    1 medium-sized head cabbage
    2 eggs
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. sugar
    salt and pepper

    Cook cabbage in salt water (cut in small pieces).
    Drain. Mix together eggs, vinegar, sugar and salt and pepper.
    Add to cabbage and mix gently. Serve hot. Serves 6 persons.
