    List of Ingredients




    SPAETZEL-CHEESE NOODLES

    3 Tablespoons butter or margarine
    3 thinly sliced onions (cut into rings)
    3 oz. grated Emmenthaler cheese
    1 teaspoon powdered dry mustard
    2 cups cooked spaetzel (see recipe above)
    2 Tablespoons freshly chopped chives

    Saute' onions in butter until lightly browned.

    Toss cheese together with the mustard. Add cooked spaetzel noodles to cooked onions and cheese; mix well. Place mixture into an ovenproof casserole. Bake at 300F for 20-30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.

    Sprinkle top with freshly chopped chives, just before serving.

    Serves 4-6
