Liver Loaf [Mrs. Ben Y. Zook]
List of Ingredients
1/2 lb liver
1/2 lb hamburger
2 onions
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
1 1/2 to 2 cups bread crumbs
Parsley or celery tops
Put liver in water just below boiling point for 5 minutes. Drain. Put through food grinder, also grind onion, parlsey.
Add other ingredients then mix well. Bake in moderate oven at 350 F for 45 to 60 minutes [you can add more Hamburger to make it more firm]
