Molasses Drop Cookie

List of Ingredients




1 cup lard
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
2 eggs
1 cup molasses
1 cup table syrup
1 1/2 cups milk
3 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon ginger
2 teaspoons cinnamon
6 cups flour



Recipe



Combine the lard, brown sugar, and eggs
Add the molasses and syrup and blend
Combine the flour, baking soda, ginger and cinnamon
Add the flour mixture, alternately with the milk to the molasses mixture
Stir until well blended
Drop by spoonfuls onto a greased cookie sheet
Bake at 350o for about 10 minutes
