    Moravian Mints

    List of Ingredients

    (1 pound)

    1 pound 10X sugar
    4 tablespoons water
    7 drops oil of peppermint or spearmint

    Put sugar in top of double boiler over boiling water.
    Add the 4 tablespoons of water and allow to dissolve.
    Add the flavoring.
    When the mixture hardens slightly on top, it is ready to drop on wax paper.
    Mints should be only an inch in diameter.
