    Mrs Peachey's Chicken Corn Soup

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 1/2 cup corn
    • 3 pts milk
    • 1 tsp salt
    • 1 tbsp sugar
    • 2 eggs well beaten
    • 2 tbs butter


    Instructions


    1. Combine milk, corn, salt, and sugar. Boil together for a few minutes
    2. add well beaten eggs DO NOT STIR
    3. boil a little longer, then lightly beat.
    4. Add the butter and serve with your favorite crackers
