Onions with Sauce

List of Ingredients




2 lbs tender green onions
2 T butter
2 T flour
1/2 c light cream
1 t salt
1/8 t pepper
2 egg yolks

Recipe



Broil onions for 10 minutes after you remove 2" of the top. Drain. While these are boiling melt the butter and add flour. Add the water you drained from the onions. Add the rest except for the eggs. Put onions on a platter then add the egg to the sauce and pour over veggies
