    Paw Paw's Spaetzel

    List of Ingredients




    3 cups all-purpose flour
    1 cup milk
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 large egg

    Mix all ingredients well. Let rest at room temperature for 20 minutes. Mix again. Cut into small pieces and drop into boiling water. Drain well. Can fry with butter, if desired.
