Pennsylvania Dutch Rice Pudding
Combine:
1 cup rice
4 quarts milk
2 cups granulated sugar
Cook in oven stirring each time it browns on top. Cook until most of milk is evaporated or until grains of rice are soft when rubbed between fingers. Bake at 400 degrees. When cool, add 3 tbsp. vanilla.

Use RAW Certified Milk. You don't want the cream removed. Gurnsey and Brown Swiss are the best
