    Pepper Cabbage

    List of Ingredients




    Pepper Cabbage

    1 medium pepper, green
    1 medium head of cabbage
    3 stalks of celery
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 cup granulated sugar
    1/2 cup vinegar(apple cider vinegar)
    1/2 cup water

    Shred cabbage fine, add pepper andcut fine celery. Mix the vinegar, water, salt, and sugar. Pour mixture over the cabbage, pepper, celery mixture. Place in refrigerator to blend and cool. Serve cold.
