    Potato Salad

    4 cup cubed cold boiled potatoes
    1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
    1/4 teaspoon salt & pepper
    3/4 cup mayo or salad dressing
    2 hard cooked eggs chopped
    1 teaspoon celery salt
    2 tablespoons sugar
    2 tablespoons mustard
    Mix thoroughly and serve cold
    6 servings
