    Potato Soup

    List of Ingredients




    3 to 4 potatoes, peeled and diced
    1/4 cup of celery, chopped
    2 tablespoons of butter or margarine
    1 quart of whole milk
    1 tablespoon of parsley
    2 hardboiled eggs, diced
    salt and pepper to taste

    Recipe



    Cook the potatoes and celery in the water and butter until tender
    Add the milk, seasonings, and eggs
    Heat thoroughly
