    Rhubarb Pie

    List of Ingredients




    Beat with 1/4 cup of milk
    2 egg yolks
    2 tbsp. flour
    2 tbsp. butter
    1 cup milk
    3/4 cup sugar
    Whites of eggs, beaten
    1 cup rhubarb in 2 lined pie plates

    Bake in oven, 450 degrees for 10 minutes, then at 350 degrees until cooked.
