    Sausage Loaf

    List of Ingredients




    1 1/2 pounds ground pork sausage
    1 1/2 cups bread crumbs
    2 tablespoons grated onions
    2 tablespoons ketchup
    2 tablespoons horseradish
    2 teaspoons prepared mustard
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 cup milk

    Recipe



    Mix together the sausage and bread crumbs
    Add onions, ketchup, horseradish, mustard and egg
    Moisten the mixture with the milk and shape it into a loaf
    Bake at 350o for 1 hour
