    Shartlesville Corn Pudding

    Shartlesville Corn Pudding
    6 ears of corn, grated
    2 eggs, separated
    4 tablespoons milk
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/8 teaspoon pepper

    Add the beaten yolks of eggs to the corn and mix thoroughly. Stir in the
    milk and seasonings. Add the stiffly beaten whites. Pour into a buttered
    baking dish, set dish in pan with hot water and bake in a moderate oven
    (350 deg.F.) about 30 minutes.
