    Soft Pretzels

    List of Ingredients




    Soft Pretzels

    l-1/2 cups very warm water
    1 package of dry yeast

    Mix and let stand 5 minutes.

    Add: 1 T. sugar
    4 Cups of flour

    Mix all together, then knead well on a floured surface, using more flour
    as necessary. Roll into long sauge shape, make into pretzel shapes
    (arms crossed in prayer) Place on a greased cookie sheet. Brush with
    beaten egg; sprinkle with Kosher Salt. Bake 20 minutes at 425 degrees.
    Remove to cool. wrap separately in an air tight container to store.
