    Spinach Spaetzel

    List of Ingredients




    1 large egg
    1 oz. spinach pulp
    1/2 cup water
    1/2 pound all-purpose flour
    salt and pepper, to taste

    Combine egg, spinach pulp and water. Slowly add the flour to make a smooth batter. Add salt and pepper. Pour batter through a colander or large holes of a metal grater or in a spaetzel maker and drizzle into boiling water for 10 minutes to cook.
