    Sugar Cream Pie

    List of Ingredients

    1 baked 9-inch pie shell
    3 Tbs flour
    1 1/4 cup sugar
    1/8tsp salt
    1 1/2 cup thick cream
    1 Tbs butter Melted
    1/2 tsp vanilla
    dash nutmeg or cinnamon

    combine ingredients.Pour into pie shell.Bake at 425 degree oven(pre-heated) for
    ten minutes.Reduce heat to 325 and bake 45-55 minutes. Let cool completely
    before cutting.
