    Vee's Mother's Chicken corn soup

    List of Ingredients




    MOTHER'S CHICKEN CORN SOUP (of COURSE, the ONLY one!):

    Cook a 3-1/2 pound stewing chicken in salted water until tender, remove fat,
    skin, etc, and cut meat into small pieces (about 4 cups). There should be
    at least 4 qts of broth.

    Add chicken and 2 lbs diced potatoes to broth and boil until potatoes are
    tender.

    Add 4 hardboiled eggs, sliced, and 2 (1-lb.) cans cream style corn.

    Bring to a full boil and serve.
