Pasta and Broccoli
2 heads broccoli, cut into small pieces
1 lb spaghetti
6 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup olive oil
Salt and pepper, as desired
Boil spaghetti until desired tenderness. While spaghetti is boiling, cook broccoli until done. Place minced garlic into small saucepan with the olive oil. Heat oil and garlic until the garlic turns bright white. Remove oil from the heat. Drain the spaghetti and place into a large bowl. Drain the broccoli and place on top of spaghetti. Pour hot oil and garlic over the spaghetti and broccoli mix. Serve immediately with salad and Italian bread.
