Fresh Peach Pie
1 cup sugar
1 1/2 cups water
4 tbs. cornstarch
1 box peach jello
2 cups sliced fresh peaches
Cook sugar, water, and cornstarch until thick. Remove from heat. Stir in jello and allow to cool. Add sliced peaches and pour into a baked pie shell. Refrigerate. Top with Cool Whip.
