Jean's Fresh Peach Pie [not the sis]

You can taste this famous pie at the Idle Isle restaurant on Main Street in Brigham City.

8" baked pie shell
1 c. mashed peaches
1 c. sugar
2 c. fresh sliced peaches
1/2 c. orange juice
3 1/2 T. cornstarch





Recipe


Mix sugar, cornstarch, orange juice, mashed peaches. Boil until clear and slightly thickened (about 1 min.). Pour heated mix over peaches in pie shell. Enjoy!
