    SNOW GHOST CHOCOLATE PIE

    1/2 Cup Cocoa
    11/4 Cup Sugar
    1/3 Cup Corn Starch
    1/4 Teaspoon Salt
    3 Cups Milk
    3 Tablespoons Butter
    2 Teaspoons Vanilla Extract
    1 Pre-cooked 9" or 10" Pie Crust

    Mix cocoa, sugar, corn starch and salt in heavy sauce pan. Slowly
    stir in milk. Heat over medium heat, stirring constantly, until
    reaching full boil. Boil for one minute, continuing to stir. Remove
    from heat and add butter and vanilla. Cool slightly, stir and pour
    into prepared pie crust. Seal filling into shell with plastic wrap
    and chill for 3 hours or overnight. Serve with sweetened whipped
    cream.

    SWEETENED WHIPPED CREAM

    1/2 Pint Heavy Whipping Cream
    1 cup Powdered Sugar
    2 Teaspoons Vanilla Extract

    Chill deep glass bowl and metal beaters. Mix ingredients in bowl on
    low until incorporated. Whip on high until stiff.
