Very Berry Pie
2 prepared 9-inch pie crusts
1 10 or 12 oz. package frozen blackberries
1 10 or 12 oz. package frozen blueberries
1 10 or 12 oz. package frozen cherries
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup flour
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Bring pie crusts to room temperature. Thaw and drain berries. Fit crust into a deep pie pan. Heat oven to 450 degrees. Mix all ingredients and pour in shell. Put second crust over filling and crimp to seal. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes, reduce oven to 350 degrees and bake 30 to 35 minutes until bubbly and crust is brown.
