    Trad Dough [use for Cabbage recipe]

    List of Ingredients

    TRADITIONAL PIZZA DOUGH

    2 Tbs. active dry yeast
    2 cups warm water
    4 1/2 to 5 cups bread flour
    2 tsp salt
    1 Tbs sugar
    3 Tbs olive oil

    Yield: 2 pounds of dough for 2 large or 4 small pizzas. Recipe may be cut in half.
    Note: usually 10 ounces of dough makes a 12 inch pizza, 13 ounces of dough for a 14 inch pizza and 18 ounces of dough for a 16 inch diameter pizza. Of course this is
    variable depending how thin or thick you want your pizza Also makes Great Italian Bread/Focaccia
    Note: use 1/2 of this recipe to make Pogash or Eastern European Cabbage Filled Bread

    : Baking Powder Pizza Dough Variation : so many people have been asking for a baking powder plus yeast pizza dough: to my traditional recipe above or any traditional standard dough ( even for the bread machine ) add 1 to 2 tsp. of baking powder to the recipe.You should achieve a nice crisp crust but a soft
    interior.
