Chicken D'lish
3 large onions, chopped
2 tablespoons butter
3 teaspoons paprika, divided
6 chicken breasts
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 cup sour cream
2 to 3 cups cooked rice
Sauté onions in butter in large pot, cover onions with 2 teaspoons paprika. Lay chicken on cooked onions. Add salt, pepper and remaining paprika. Cover and cook over slow heat (275 degrees), approximately 1 hour. Remove chicken, then stir in sour cream. Serve over rice.
