    List of Ingredients




    Chicken and Asparagus

    2 lbs. chicken parts
    2 T butter
    1/2 cup sliced celery
    1/2 cup sliced onion
    2 tsp. curry powder
    1 medium clove garlic, minced
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 lb. asparagus, cut in 2 inch pieces
    2 T water
    1 T flour

    In skillet, brown chicken in butter; then add and cook the celery, onion,
    curry and garlic until celery is tender. Add soup, cover and cook over low
    heat 25 minutes. Stir now and then. Add asparagus; cook 20 minutes longer or
    until meat and asparagus are tender. Blend flour and water and add to
    skillet, stir until thickened.
