    Bavarian Pork Chops and Sauerkraut

    List of Ingredients




    Here's a favorite recipe of my husband and me:


    4 pork chops about 1/2" thick
    sauerkraut (rinsed & drained)
    canned apricots
    sliced onions
    caraway seeds

    Drain the apricots and puree in a blender.
    Brown the pork chops and set aside. Saute the sliced onions in the same pan.
    Mix together the pureed apricots, sliced onions, and caraway seeds. Place
    the browned pork chops in a caserole dish, cover the with sauerkraut mixture,
    and bake about 45 minutes in a 350 oven.
    Simple and delicious!
