Dad's Favorite Pork Chops

Dad's Favorite Pork Chops
Butterfly pork chops
Salt
Cayenne pepper
Brown sugar
Butter

Place pork chops in shallow baking pan. Lightly salt and apply cayenne pepper to taste on both sides (I apply liberally for extra spice). Broil on one side until lightly brown. Turn chops over, broil on second side until meat is just done, try not to over cook. Place one pat of butter and a tablespoon of brown sugar on each pork chop. Place back in broiler until sugar and butter melt, some will run off meat. Reserve drippings for dipping sauce. The great thing about this recipe is you can make it as sweet and spicy as you like.
