    Deviled Ham

    List of Ingredients




    DEVILED HAM
    based on a recipe by Chris Fennimore
    which appeared in the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review

    2 cups ham, cooked and diced
    1 Tbsp. coarse mustard
    1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
    1 Tbsp. hot pepper sauce (such as Tabasco) OR
    2 Tbsp. chopped jalapenos
    1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    1/2 tsp. ground thyme
    1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. ground cloves
    1/4 tsp. salt

    Put all the ingredients into the bowl of a food processor.
    Pulse until the texture is a coarse paste. Refrigerate for
    at least a day to allow the flavors to develop. Serve on crackers.
