This is real simple and for hot sauce fans... Addictive.
Bake a potato to desired doneness. I usually do mine until the skin is crispy. Take from oven and slice open. let cool a little bit and squeeze the potato so the flesh crumbles [not the skin that is too crispy] with red potatoes it is wonderful btw..
Pour on your favorite hot sauce or hot wing mix. Put sour cream on top and eat!Recipe
