    Sweet Potato Souffle

    List of Ingredients

    3 Cups mashed sweet potatos
    1 cup sugar
    2 eggs
    1 stick butter
    1 tsp vanilla
    1/2 cup milk


    Mix ingredients throughly and place in greased casserole dish.

    Topping:
    1 cup brown sugar
    1/2 cup self-rising flour
    1/2 stick butter
    1 cup chopped pecans


    Recipe

    Melt butter. Combine sugar, flour & nuts together and mix in melted butter. Sprinkle this mixture
    over potatoes.

    Bake at 350 for 35 minutes.
