    Scrambled Rice

    List of Ingredients




    Scrambled Rice

    12 slices bacon
    3 cups cooked rice
    3 eggs
    3 tblsp milk
    1 tsp salt
    1/8 tsp black pepper

    Saute the bacon until crisp. Remove from the fat and drain on paper towels. Turn the rice into the hot bacon fat and mix well. Beat the eggs well, add the milk
    and seasonings and turn into the rice. Mix well. Cook over a low flame until the eggs thicken, stirring frequently. Garnish with the crumbled bacon.
