Bo Lings Tso's Chicken

This is a dish that require some degree of cooking knowlege, frying the chicken is a little harder to do at home if you are not set up. Timing is also important, so the sauce should be ready when the chicken is done, but the result can be rewarding. Good luck.
3/4lb chicken breast, cut into chucks to mix into
(A): 2 egg,
1/4 cup cornstarch
2 teaspoon vegetable oil,
pinch of salt and white pepper
enough oil for frying the chicken
(B): 3 cloves of garlic, chopped
1 teaspoonchopped fresh ginger
1 stalk green onion, chopped
4-5 pieces dried red chili peppers, crush lightly
(C): Sauce
1/2 cup chicken stock or water
2 table spoon sugar
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon sesame seed oil
Mix all in a bowl for later use
(D): cornstarch solution, to thicken sauce
2 teaspoon cornstarch to mix with same amount of water
Recipe
Mix (A) with chicken, cook in hot oil till chicken is crispy,
about 3-5 minutes set aside.
In hot oil, add 2 teaspoon vegetable oil, add (B), stir and cook till ingredient are light brown, add (C) and cook till sauce is boiling, add (D) to thicken, then put in the chicken, stir, toss, so the sauce coats the chicken, and serve.
