Dirty Rice

Dirty Rice
(Blessing Hotel Coffee Shop, Blessing)

2 pounds ground meat
1/2 pound pork sausage
1 (10-ounce) can cream of celery soup
2 (10-ounce) cans cream of mushroom soup
2 soup cans of water
1 box dry onion soup mix
1/2 cup green onion, chopped
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 1/4 cups chopped celery
1 cup chopped bell pepper
3 cups uncooked rice
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon red pepper
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Brown ground meat and sausage together. Stir in rest of ingredients.
Place in a large pan or dish, and bake in oven 1 hour. Stir once during
baking.
