List of Ingredients
Ingredients For Marinade:
2 C Oil
2 sprigs Rosemary
1 t Salt
1 t Black Pepper
1 t Garlic
4-6 Portabello Mushrooms 5" in diameter & stems removed
Method:
� Marinate mushrooms in above ingredients.
Recipe
Ingredients For Vinaigrette:
3 t Balsamic Vinegar
1 t Olive Oil
1 t Brown Sugar
Dash Salt and Pepper
Method:
� Mix all ingredients for marinade in shallow pie pan.
� Place mushrooms and pour marinade over and let marinate for 1-2 hours or overnight.
� Mushrooms will absorb most of the marinade.
� Grill mushroom, 5-8 minutes per side, cook until tender.
� Remove, slice and plate, top with Balsamic Vinaigrette.
� Garnish with Goat's Cheese and serve on a bed of gourmet greens.
