Jack Dempsey's Italian Style Crawfish
List of Ingredients
Serves 4
1 lb Cooked Crawfish, tails peeled
1/2 C Olive Oil
1 Medium Onion, chopped medium
1 Medium Bell Pepper, chopped medium
1 T Garlic Butter
1 T Italian Seasoning
1 T Salt
1 T Chopped Garlic
1 T Basil
1/4 C Parmesan Cheese
Monterey Jack Cheese
1/4 C White Wine
8 oz Water
Recipe
� Saut� chopped onion and bell peppers in olive oil.
� Cook until onions are clear.
� Add crawfish with 8 ounces water.
� Then slowly add garlic butter.
� Add white wine and then add all other seasoning.
� Cook for 15 minutes.
� Then put in a casserole dish and top with Parmesan cheese and Monterey Jack cheese.
� Place in broiler until cheese melts.
