Pan Seared BBQ Shrimp

4 each U-10 shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 tsp. dried paprika
½ Tsp. oregano, basil, thyme
1 oz. Worchestershire sauce
2 oz. ketchup
1 Tbsp. garlic, minced, black pepper
3 oz. shrimp or lobster stock
1 oz. olive oil, butter
3 oz. cooked rice
½ oz. scallion (green onions) tops, fresh and finely diced
½ oz. red pepper, fresh and finely dicedRecipe
Preparation Tips:
1.Heat saute pan. Bring oil to temperature. Saute shrimp and garlic. Add all dried ingredients, except black pepper. Add worchestershire sauce and ketchup. Add stock. Reduce by half. Season with black pepper. Add whole butter.
2.Serve over rice. Garnish with scallion tops and red peppers
