List of Ingredients
All Season's Pasta Salad
1 16-ounce package tri-color spiral pasta, cook as directed on package
1 cucumber, halved and thinly sliced
2 Roma tomatoes, diced
1 bell pepper, diced
3-4 green onions, diced
1/4 lb. or more fully cooked smoked sausage, halved and sliced
1 cup or more small cubes cheddar cheese
Pour dressing over the above mixture and chill overnight. Stir occasionally.
Dressing
1/4 cup canola oil
1 1/41/2 cup vinegar
2 teaspoons dry mustard
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon Accent seasoning
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1-2 tablespoons parsley flakes
1 cup sugar
Heat and stir until sugar dissolves. Cool. Pour over pasta mixture and chill over night.
