1 packet [1 oz] Hidden Valley Original Ranch Dressing Mix
1 cup milk
1 cup mayo
2 tbs soy sauce
8 cups torn lettuce
2 cups shredded cooked chicken
1 cup EACH:
chopped green onions
water chestnuts
toasted slice almonds [opt]
In bowl combine dressing mix with milk and mayo. Mix well. Cover and refrigerate. Chill at least 30 mins to thicken. Stir in soy sauce. Toss with remaining ingredients; top with almonds, if desired. Makes 4 to 6 servings. [for a low fat version use low fat milk, light mayo]
