Grilled Chicken Pasta Salad
1/2 lb. boneless chicken breasts
1/2 cup McCormick Flavor Medleys Lemon Pepper, divided
1/2 lb. (8 oz.) dry fusilli pasta, cooked and drained
1 can (14 1/2 oz.) artichokes, drained and chopped
1 green onion, chopped
Broil or grill chicken five minutes per side. Brush chicken with 1/4 cup Flavor Medleys. Cook chicken 2 minutes longer or until done. Cut chicken in strips. Toss with remaining Flavor Medleys and other ingredients.
