3 cups Cooked spiral pasta
2 cups Dole Snow Peas
1 cup Sliced Dole Carrots
1 cup Dole Cucumbers
1 cup Dole Pineapple Juice
½ cup Bottled reduced calorie Italian dressing
¼ cup Chopped cilantro or parsley
1 tbsp Toasted seseme seeds
